There were many people who fit at the end of one size or the beginning of the next size.  Many medications can quickly add to or subtract from the waist size.  For this reason, I combined sizes SM-MED and MED-LG.  These combined sizes, only connect at the front of the belt to the top ends of the seat... SEE BELOW...

S-M - Yellow trim

S-M Belt fits size 30 - 47"

S-M Seat is ** 23" near top of leg

M-L - Blue trim

M-L Belt fits waist size 37 - 55"

M-L Seat is ** 25" near top of leg

NOTE:  ** seat measures distance between handles...

It's best if seat handles come above the side seam to the top of the legs.
